Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Garnai collects, uses, and shares information about its members and website visitors. Garnai is operated by Elomi Corporation (d/b/a Dorsia).

Garnai collects the information a member provides directly, including name, email address, and mobile number.

Garnai also collects membership and reservation data, messages a member sends to the club, and device and usage data from visits to this website and app.

Garnai uses this information to operate membership, reservations, and events; to support conversations a member has with the club; and to send the messages a member agreed to receive.

Garnai shares information with the service providers that help deliver the service — hosting, payments, and message delivery — and shares information when required by law.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Garnai retains member information for as long as a membership is active, and for as long afterward as legal, accounting, or reporting obligations require.

A member can reply STOP to any text message to end texts, manage notification settings in their account, or contact us using the details below.

Garnai membership is available only to individuals 18 years of age or older. Garnai does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Elomi Corporation may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
